Family Trip to Chattanooga

With baseball finally over, we finally found the time to take a much needed and enjoyed family vacation.  With a long weekend coming up, we chose to visit Chattanooga and fell in love with the town.  Downtown is laid out very well with everything within walking distance.  There is also a lot to do outdoors like the giant grass slide, the outdoor water stream, and lots or parks and entertainment.  With our allotted time we were able to visit the Tennessee Aquarium and Ruby Falls.

The Aquarium was great in the ocean side.  By the time we got to the older building that was not as exciting, Aubrey was done and I mean DONE!  Adam tried putting her in the baby carrier as you can see in the picture and she did not like it one bit.  Maybe because she is way too big for it.  Ruby Falls went well as we got there before the lines got too long.  Aubrey walked the whole way while Bevan slept.  I was glad they did well because there are a lot of people around and there is not way out and the whole tour took over an hour.

The kids loved staying in the hotel and wanted to move in.  They thought it was so cool, especially the pool and breakfast.  Terri was nice enough to let us use her hotel points she get from booking her bosses' trips so we were able to save a lot and still stay right down town in a Residence Inn.
